Finance and Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time)

 
 

NEAAO Finance and Administrative Coordinator – Part time – 20 hours/week

New England Arab American Organization seeks a part-time Finance and Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative needs.

Responsibilities

● Perform general administrative and executive support tasks to ensure organizational sustainability

● Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses and income and running P & L reports

● Create schedules and manage calendars

● Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for office-related supplies and printing

● Maintain databases of NEAAO activities and contacts

● Manage inventory of office supplies; purchase supplies and recommend equipment when needed

Qualifications

● Knowledge of basic bookkeeping using Quickbooks

● Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team

● Ability to meet strict deadlines

● Proficiency with PC systems, Microsoft Office, Google Office Suite
